Here are a couple pictures of Jeff just after one of his spring bodybuilding contests. He just loves to compete and does a dang good job at it! I used to say Jeff has so much dedication, I just wouldn't be able to do that. But after putting up with all the work-outs and not eating the same meal for almost 5 months out of the year I think I deserve some sort of award!
