So one of the Young Women interviewed me for one of her Personal Progress experiences because she wants to be a nurse. She asked me questions like am I on-call a lot, how long is my residency and what's the break room like. Definatley the role of a physician, so I set her straight. She also wanted to know if she got to pick out her own stethoscope. Apparently she really didn't want a black one like most people have. After our little chat she said thank you and was on her way. A couple Sundays later she came to me and said, "Sister Irving! Hey! I forgot a question. Have you ever, like, been in the ER when a person comes in with a bomb inside of them?"

- Jeff and I have been married since August 2005. We graduated in electrical engineering and nursing in 2007 and moved to Arizona for more schooling at ASU. We both graduated again in December 2008 with a Master's in engineering and a BSN. We have enjoyed building a new home, fixing it up and advancing our careers. Nothing has proven to be better that being parents! We love our little 'Stinky Pete' to pieces!!!
