Week 13

Woohoo! Our home is really coming along. It actually looks liveable on the inside this week. I guess it better be getting close if our walk through is scheduled for this Friday and our bank account is scheduled to be drained next Monday :(

In the kitchen, imagine 20'' tiles that actually match instead of this lovely linoleum, and sort of a mustard yellow paint on the wall... Ah, much better! Coming soon...
The window treatment incentive was a good one to have. We have seen other new homes with sheets over the windows. We are so glad to have them already installed.
The faucets are new this week.
And this will be our backyard for quite some time. Our first priorities with be more electrical, paint, flooring, a kitchen table and other furniture.
Our front yard landscaping and watering system should be installed over the next couple days. There won't be anything real special. I think we get rock, 2 trees, and some plants. I am sure we will spruce that up a bit in the future as well.

We are so excited to move into our first home. Jordan, Jeff's brother will be our first visitor over Thanksgiving break. We are excited to have him!
