10 years ago: I had just turned 13, I was an awkward 7th grader. This is the year I call the ugly duckling year. I got braces and thought lime green bands were cool, I grew out my bangs, and I also got chicken pox which left lots of scars that stayed pretty dark for a few years. Hemp jewlery making was the thing. I had this sweet necklace that I made with a metal gecko on it. I also made jewelry out of seed beeds and sold the finished products to friends at school. I knew how to make cool flower designs out of the beeds. I had a pink huffy bike I named Victoria, secretly that is what I wanted my name to be. Oh, and don't forget the WalkMan!5 things on my to do list today:
1. Get new tires on my Civic
2. Write a research paper about my own image as a professional (I am still trying to figure out how in the world I am supposed to find 3 scholarly journals about me...)
3. Go to the gym
4. Start working on our tax forms
5. YW activity
May we say GOOD LUCK!
Snacks I enjoy:
My new favorite is El Sol brand salsa from Costco! Mmmmmmm! I usually pick salty over sweet. I absolutely love homemade popcorn with Parkay spray butter (the blue bottle!). It is best straight from the pot, but it is good the next day too! A good cup of chocolate milk from the gallon is also a wonderful treat!
If I were suddenly a billionaire:
I would build a home so I could stop sharing walls and parking lots with complete strangers. I would build a cabin in the beautiful wilderness somewhere. Me and Jeff would learn how to fly so we could buy an airplane to fly to our cabin (we would land on the lake next to it). We would see the world. I would have a closet that automatically changes what is inside as the fashion changes. I would buy designer purses. I would hire scrapbook professionals to follow me around to take pictures of everything and then scrapbook them the same day. I would get laser hair removal treatments. I would hire someone to make healthy meals for my family. I would have a tennis pro come give me lessons on the court in my backyard and go to professional tennis matches. That was fun!
3 bad habits:
1. I take way too long to get ready for bed. I check for zits, pluck my eyebrows, my hair has to be brushed and pulled back, I put lotion on my hands/feet/face, the bed sheets have to be straight before I can get into them, I have to heat up a rice pack in the microwave to put on my feet. NUT CASE!
2. I hate getting ready for the day and put it off as long as possible.
3. Wasting time on the computer on my days off.
5 places I have lived:
1. Sandy, UT
2. Smithfield, UT
3. Logan, UT
4. Vina del Mar, Chile
5. Tempe, AZ
5 jobs I have had:
1. Rocky's Restaurant- waitress/cook
2. Lee's Marketplace- cashier/floral manager
3. Sunshine Terrace- CNA (my sis says this is where the sun don't shine)
4. Access Homecare and Hospice- CNA
5. Logan Regional Hospital- CNA, mother-baby unit
6. Scottsdale Healthcare- RN, ortho/neuro/trauma
Sorry I listed 6!
5 things people don't know about me:
1. I have a terrible time remembering names. I ask people what their names are and I don't think I really listen to the answer. One minute later I haven't the slightest idea what they said.
2. I have never been a reader, but I would like to pick up on it one day.
3. Me and one of my friends used to send each other gifts back in middle school for holidays and birthdays and say they were from a secret admirer.
4. I am high waisted.
5. I am not quite sure if my eyes are blue or green. My entire family has true blues so when I was 16 I put that on my drivers license. When I got my name changed on my license I changed the color to green.
I'm taggin' Liz, Nat, Katie, K Brimhall and Lars

You're awesome! I'm going to have to start that secret admirer thing-just to make myself feel happy!
I had to laugh at your first bad habit. Tyler HATES it when I get ready for bed. I get a sarcastic "Here we go again!" accompanied by an eye roll. And I do the same thing with names. It's ridiculous, really, that I even bother asking people.
I love the before bed routine!!! It makes me tired to think of doing all that. When you get your cabin I would love to take care of it when you are in one of your other homes, or traveling the world. Have a great day.
