So Heidi, you are the one that gave me this inspiration. For all those who don't know Heidi, she posted a recipe on her blog that I am very excited to try. After I printed it I thought, hey, wouldn't it be great if everyone I know posted a recipe? Here are the rules: 1. the recipe has to be quick and easy and 2. you have to be able to pronounce the ingredients and the cooking instruction terminology. Post as many recipes as you would like.I TAG ALL YA'LL!
Night Shift Tortellini Soup

Ingredients:
1 can mushroom stems and pieces (undrained)
1 family size can tomato soup
1 c half & half
1 can chicken broth
1 can diced tomatoes
3 tbsp tomato, basil, garlic Mrs Dash seasoning
3 tbsp real bacon bits (optional, I don't use them)
3 tbsp butter
1 pkg refrigerated cheese or meat torellini (I use cheese)
Instructions:
Mix all ingredients together, except tortellini, in a crock pot. Cook over HIGH heat until hot, roughly one hour. Add tortellini, cook 30-45 minutes more. Do not remove the lid. Stir and Enjoy!

i am so sorry to hear about your horrible eye problem, i hope it continues to get better and you dont have any more problems. i love it that your are this big(skinny) nurse now, good for you, i wish somtimes i would have gone on!
Oh I love this! I am the queen of EASY cooking (it's all I do, ha ha!) This recipe looks good.

this recipe might be a little too advanced for me, I may have to e-mail you with questions when I get around to making it! I consider myself a beginner cook!
